Main Gate Remotes - Order Through Amazon Here

PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS:

The remote has a ten pin system. When looking at the numbers, the first seven pins should be pushed down at the top of the pin. The remaining pins get pushed down at the bottom of the pin.

Here are some guidelines for gate codes:

·         Don’t give out your gate code to visitors or for deliveries. Instead, ask your visitors to call you from the keypad at the front gate, which will dial your assigned phone number. It will show on your phone as 904-829-0030. Please program this into your phone and title it RCAO Gate. When you answer the phone, just press the number “5” on your keypad to open the gate. You may talk with the person at the gate first.

·          UPS, FEDEX, USPS and FPL all have their own gates codes. You don’t need to give them yours.

·          Don’t give your gate code to pizza delivery people. According to the manager of the local Pizza Hut, the average employment for drivers is extremely short. If you order a pizza, have them call from the gate when it arrives.

·          Parties or Special Events. Don’t give out your gate code if you’re having a party, and never prop open the front gates. We can assign a temporary code you can use for the event.

·          Guest Codes. If you have regular visitors, such as cleaning crews and baby sitters, we can assign them their own codes.

·          If you are building, your builder and their subs will be assigned a code to use until your home is complete. After that, the builder’s code will be deleted.

Please contact Mike Gray at tmznsht@gmail.com with your new code(s), or to get a temporary gate code for special events.
